The Report Selection dialog box displays a list of reports that are available for previewing or printing. This dialog box opens with the Reports command on the File > Print menu or the Print toolbar. This dialog box lets you send the selected report file to the printer or view the report file in a preview window.

Except for the User Report, which is accessible in any view, report availability depends on the context. For example, if you are working in the My Work folder, design-related reports are not available unless you select a work request with an attached design. Even if a report is available, it may not contain data if you have not performed the requisite actions.
